We're not a roller shutter company that also does a few other things. Outdoor shading is the category we work in, and our experience spans the full range of systems.
We specialise in repairs, diagnostics, motorisation and installation across roller shutters (manual and motorised, domestic, commercial and shopfront), awnings and folding arm awnings, zip blinds including Ziptrak-style and Zipscreen-type systems, external venetian blinds, louvred systems and operable roofs, plantation shutters and related outdoor shading systems.
Repairs and diagnostics are a core part of what we do — not a side offering. We work on systems we've installed and systems installed by others, including older products and situations where the original supplier or installer is no longer available.

Bill, who runs the work on the ground, has over a decade in the industry since 2013, with experience across blinds, security screens, awnings, roller shutters, manufacturing and project management at a leading Sydney louvre manufacturer. That manufacturing and project management background gives us a practical understanding of how these systems are built — which makes fault-finding faster and more accurate.
A lot of outdoor shading problems get misdiagnosed. A stuck shutter gets a new motor when the problem was a motor capacitor issue, control fault or jammed curtain. A zip blind gets a full replacement when the track just needed attention. An awning remote gets swapped out when the receiver was the fault all along.
We approach repairs by understanding the full system — motors, receivers, sensors, controls, mechanical components and how they interact. That means we identify the actual cause of the fault, not just the most obvious part to replace. It also means we can give you a straight answer on whether repair makes sense, or whether replacement is genuinely the better long-term option.
That diagnostic approach is what we're known for, and it's what makes the difference on the more technically involved systems we work on.
